主讲人:Dr. Denis N. AybulatovDr. Alexey G. Kositsky   俄罗斯莫斯科国立大学

Dr. Denis N. Aybulatov, research associate of Lomonosov Moscow State University Geographical faculty Lang Hydrology department, experience of 18 years, State expert appraisal of design documentation and engineering survey results, judicial expert in water objects, candidate of geographical sciences.

Conducts a practical training of students of geographical faculty within the courses “General Hydrology”; “Programming”; “Remote methods in a hydrology”; “Water and technical researches”.

Area of scientific interests: ensuring hydroecological safety of territories, dangerous hydrometeorological processes and phenomena, GIS, remote methods, channel and estuarial processes, urban hydrology, engineering and hydrometeorological researches.

Dr. Alexey G. Kositsky is a hydrologist, the candidate of geographical sciences, the associate professor of Lomonosov Moscow State University Geographical faculty Lang Hydrology department. The area of scientific interests is connected with regularities of formation of a river runoff, an indicator hydrology. Teaches the following disciplines: hydrology, hydraulics, hydrography and water management of Russia.

报告内容简介:

Dangerous hydrological processes and phenomena are events of hydrological origin or result of the hydrological processes arising under the influence of various natural or hydrodynamic factors or their combinations making the striking impact on people, farm animals and plants, objects of economy and the surrounding environment.

Treat dangerous hydrological processes and the phenomena are: high water levels during floods, ice jams, surges; low water levels, the dangerous ice phenomena (an ice drift, an ice motion, an early freeze-up on the navigable rivers, ice piles, etc.), channel process (accumulative and erosive impact on the bottom, banks and the floodplain of the river violating stability or normal service conditions of the constructions placed here), abrasion of lakes, reservoirs, ponds coasts, timber drifting.

Each dangerous phenomenon represents risk for certain types of economy and activity.

The hydrological phenomena are estimated as dangerous at achievement by it of certain values (criteria).

Thus, the most important problem of a modern hydrology is assessment of qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the dangerous phenomena, development of their calculation methods and the forecast for the long-term period.
